Pros/Cons
Pros
- The ease of use and calendar booking feature is truly an amazing addition to my business. It is as if I have another dedicated individual on my team with this product software.
- Great software for scheduling and love all the features for the price. Would recommend over some of the other scheduling softwares out there.
- It is very easy to set up, and pretty straightforward to use, save for some tricky integrations if you want to automate certain things. I definitely recommend it, and have to my colleagues.
Cons
- I've explored several other scheduling solutions and was disappointed by the costs/value associated with their competitors.
- There are frequent glitches (usually delayed registrations) which have been costing me money and customers.
- I took a leave of absence for family reasons and After a period of time, they marked my account as inactive.
Pros
- First off, the customer support is amazing. Very quick to respond, friendly, and of course helpful.
- I love the ease of client booking, options of subscriptions and packages, and the interface of the software. My clients all love it as well.
- Amazing staff and extremely helpful. They have an awesome affiliate program as well.
Cons
- Looking back on it, the whole process was incredibly inefficient and prone to miscommunication and mistakes. Now my calendar is synced with my students, and the billing happens behind the scenes.
- Some of the functions are still a little odd, in that sometimes you have to order different types of charges (tuition vs. one-time) to keep things straight with payments, at least at first.
- No more exchanging dozens of emails/text messages to try to nail down a time to meet. I just send them my link and they find a time that works for them.
