Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love the ease of use and that I can use it to immediately store details of clients . I love that I get their phone number as well as not everyone uses Skype

  • I like the fact it's simple and easy to book clients in, and add new clients. I like that it shows all the appointments on the calendar clearly.

  • Cons

  • The interface is a bit clunky on the phone, but they are working on it. Other than that, I don't have any issues.

  • There is no APP for smartphones, though they do have a web-app that allows you to access info. This is okay, but would be quicker and easier if there was a full app to access the schedule.

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, great customer service. Very easy to see which staffer did what. Makes retracing steps very easy.

  • Everything in the system is extremely easy to use, very user friendly and the customer service support is amazing.

  • Cons

  • CAN'T THINK OF ANYTHING I DON'T LIKE EXCEPT I CAN'T DELETE FILES IN THE MESSENGER AREA AND REMAKING OR RETURNING ORDERS CAN BE DIFFICULT AT TIMES.

  • Start up cost is a bit high initially, but the month to month is manageable. Overall, the service outages are annoying when they are during the day.
