Lab uses it for analyzing images from study participants

PROS

Accesspoint seems pretty usable by our experts (the lab folks). Also, if I have licensing issues, the Freeland help desk folks are pretty great on helping me out via remote sessions

CONS

On occasion, it seems to crash when they throw too many images at it...but I couldn't tell you what that limit was. They've repeatedly upped their contract for support though, so it certainly works good enough for their needs!

Vendor Response

Hello Andrew, Thank you for taking the time to review Freeland's product. Our new C-Pac and C-Pac Pro address the issue of image volume. When you have a chance please contact our sales or customer support desks for upgrade information. Freeland's support team.

PROS

the Z-score calculator is very helpful in finding out right away if something measured in the study is to big or to small.

CONS

We haven't been using this system long enough for me to not like anything at this point. I know some kinks are still being worked out as we continue to use this new program.
