An AccuMed team came in on a holiday weekend to set up my EMR, manage the usernames and passwords. I was up and running immediately. There are meetings where we come to an agreement for a deadline and find that it's missed and we need to continue to remind/prompt and then revisit the following month. In our 2+ year tenure, there have been ebbs and flows. Our current developer is better than our first.
