Super easy to use for me and my clients. Everyone has been super impressed with how easy it is to use.

Wish I could do text reminders, even at the lowest plan. Emails sometimes tend to get lost or ignored.

When a patient cancels, there is only one alert and completely disappears from the calendar without warning.

Backend interface is a bit chaotic and complicated to get used to. Mailchimp integration does not work with GDPR.

So far, it has been a great experience. AS was recommended by a business coach I'm working with, and I've been very pleased.

It has a horrible appearance and is hard to follow sometimes. Appears very unorganized and jumbled.

I love that Acuity is very robust and allows you to customize responses when a client/customer books with you. I also love that integrates with Instagram and Facebook for ease of booking.

If something is changed on my system, I have to sometimes update Acuity. I had some significant problems with Microsoft that temporarily derailed  Acuity.

It has a very fresh and modern UX, i love the styling. It's a good priced product and easy to set up.

MEDICS RIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT, THE SUPPORT TEAMS ARE ALWAYS THERE TO HELP WITH PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING.

This is the best (by far) software to compliment your imaging center. From scheduling a patient to preparing reports for volume and keeping track of referrals.

Overall experience thus far has been a good one.

New products and features are continually developed to enhance the product. Tech support is knowledgeable and responsive.

It helps keep track of day to day patient flow. The transitioning from the old to the new went rather smoothly.

I do find on several of the remittance advices I have to go to the actual insurance pull the EOB to get more detailed information as to why a patients claim was denied.
