Pros
- I like the brilliant features of Acuity Scheduling. Acuity Scheduling is amazing and reliable.
- Super easy to use for me and my clients. Everyone has been super impressed with how easy it is to use.
- There is also an API, with pretty good documentation. And my favourite part is that if you get stuck, the support team are friendly, responsive and more than happy to help.
Cons
- When a patient cancels, there is only one alert and completely disappears from the calendar without warning.
- I came very close to losing clients over their frustration in trying to figure out the startup process. One of the weakest points in this software is the fact that there is no "customer facing" help.
- Sometimes my clients wouldn't remember the time properly, or I would forget to write it down. Now the appointment times are clear, and there is no way for us to forget or get the timing confused.
Pros
- The features and ability to edit your products pricing, content is above the rest. The reports are awesome and the dashboard is easy to use.
- So far I find the software pretty easy to use and the customer support is AMAZING. Any questions I have get answered almost immediately and I feel like they listen to the things I want/need.
- With its ease of function and attractive price point, iGMS has been a game-changer for my business, and I couldn't be happier. One of the main reasons I adore iGMS is its user-friendly interface.
Cons
- Poor customer service, lack of customization and poor functionality, high price.
- Very weak and simplistic software compared to the rest of the current competition.
- I miss sometime more professional ergonomic design of the interface.
