Pros/Cons
Pros
- I like the brilliant features of Acuity Scheduling. Acuity Scheduling is amazing and reliable.
- Super easy to use for me and my clients. Everyone has been super impressed with how easy it is to use.
- There is also an API, with pretty good documentation. And my favourite part is that if you get stuck, the support team are friendly, responsive and more than happy to help.
Cons
- When a patient cancels, there is only one alert and completely disappears from the calendar without warning.
- I came very close to losing clients over their frustration in trying to figure out the startup process. One of the weakest points in this software is the fact that there is no "customer facing" help.
- Sometimes my clients wouldn't remember the time properly, or I would forget to write it down. Now the appointment times are clear, and there is no way for us to forget or get the timing confused.
Pros
- I found this software very easy and efficient to set up. I have contacted the support chat for help regarding how to do gift vouchers and they were very helpful and quick to respond.
- The value of this software is amazing, there is part of you who thinks its too good to be true. Trust me it delivers exactly what it promises.
- It's good value and very easy to use. I always get positive feedback from clients on how easy it is to book an appointment.
Cons
- The system failed to issue notification on new booking. We reported this multiple times and never had any reply.
- The separate phone number for the reminder text messages confuse customers.
- Text message length is limited. No option to send either a text or email individually.
