Pros/Cons
Pros
- Super easy to use for me and my clients. Everyone has been super impressed with how easy it is to use.
- I have absolutely loved everything about Acuity. This was recommended to me as I began to expand my business into coaching and Acuity is a one stop shop to fulfill all my needs.
- Jump starting my life coaching business and this has help things take off with such ease. I love how everything is in one place, the software is customizable, and easy to use.
Cons
- When a patient cancels, there is only one alert and completely disappears from the calendar without warning.
- I came very close to losing clients over their frustration in trying to figure out the startup process. One of the weakest points in this software is the fact that there is no "customer facing" help.
- Sometimes my clients wouldn't remember the time properly, or I would forget to write it down. Now the appointment times are clear, and there is no way for us to forget or get the timing confused.
Pros
- Great for the consumer because it is easy and right on your phone. Great for the hosts because you can keep track of everyone.
- Eventbrite's application is amazing to book/organize events and sell tickets seamlessly for a small charge. User interface is nice and easy to follow.
- I'm happy with Evenbrite, both in terms of features and ease of use. The few times I've needed help from customer support they've been quick and helpful.
Cons
- Horrible customer service. We are unable to log into our account to see who paid for the event.
- They have refused to renegotiate the contract but also refuse to release funds so we can pull off our event.
- It was confusing for my users to use the system from their end. It was common for people to register wrong.
