Pros/Cons

Pros
This app is extremely awesome It’s like a pos system for schedules and I love it
I love that it’s customizable to my business needs and appearance and that it’s so easy to use!

Cons
The only thing that I don’t like is the price due to having my own business it can get very costly, but nothing is free in this world so I’m still willing to pay for a membership
The only drawback is the user interface. I find it a bit clunky in the initial set up of schedules. Once that's done, however, it works flawlessly.

What I like best about this product is that it is easy to use and the vendor is very helpful.
When it works free of bugs, it saves time vs paper charting.

Cons
Some reports are hard to obtain. I have difficulty using Data Mining.
The font is rather small and not adjustable. Other than that, it is amazing.
