Pros
- Super easy to use for me and my clients. Everyone has been super impressed with how easy it is to use.
- I have absolutely loved everything about Acuity. This was recommended to me as I began to expand my business into coaching and Acuity is a one stop shop to fulfill all my needs.
- Jump starting my life coaching business and this has help things take off with such ease. I love how everything is in one place, the software is customizable, and easy to use.
Cons
- When a patient cancels, there is only one alert and completely disappears from the calendar without warning.
- I came very close to losing clients over their frustration in trying to figure out the startup process. One of the weakest points in this software is the fact that there is no "customer facing" help.
- Sometimes my clients wouldn't remember the time properly, or I would forget to write it down. Now the appointment times are clear, and there is no way for us to forget or get the timing confused.
Pros
- Clients can book in easily and the book now buttons create opportunities for clients to see who’s available at any time day or night. I love all the features and the consultation helps a great deal.
- It’s all about learning with new products and how easy they are fresha is easy to adapt to and function and customer care are great.
- Great for the whole team , great for rebooking clients and the appointment reminders are brilliant.
Cons
- M trying to close my Plus account but nope, no one gets back to me and they’re still charging me. Absolutely disgusted and now cancelling my card so they can’t steal anymore of my money.
- The headache and frustration of dealing with them is too much. If I did not already have my clients set up in their system, I would be switching to something else.
- M out of my policy no show fee and I’ve lost an hour of my time with production.
