Pros/Cons
Pros
- I like the brilliant features of Acuity Scheduling. Acuity Scheduling is amazing and reliable.
- Super easy to use for me and my clients. Everyone has been super impressed with how easy it is to use.
- There is also an API, with pretty good documentation. And my favourite part is that if you get stuck, the support team are friendly, responsive and more than happy to help.
Cons
- When a patient cancels, there is only one alert and completely disappears from the calendar without warning.
- I came very close to losing clients over their frustration in trying to figure out the startup process. One of the weakest points in this software is the fact that there is no "customer facing" help.
- Sometimes my clients wouldn't remember the time properly, or I would forget to write it down. Now the appointment times are clear, and there is no way for us to forget or get the timing confused.
Pros
- I love that Teacher Zone takes care of billing and scheduling. I also love the platform to communicate with students and their parents internally through the website.
- TeacherZone makes sharing content with parents and student super easy. It's an excellent assist to the classroom and one-on-one teaching sessions.
- My overall experience has been extremely pleasant. TeacherZone has given me the tools that I need for the small business in order to succeed.
Cons
- Having to login to the mobile website continuously during lessons is frustrating for some of our teachers and assigning practice in real-time isn't intuitive and can be time consuming.
- At times, I find that it can be confusing to use.
- It offers a ton of stuff. I find it hard to navigate through all of its features (which says more about me than TZ).
