The software is customizable to providers which is nice, we have tools that help track productivity and we are able to keep a constant stream of revenue with our billing.

It integrated so poorly that we had to go with another EHR which was bad because our EHR was great-the only reason we left was because of this product from Advanced MD.

The note templates are often difficult to customize and once done tend to have bugs that cause our providers frustration.

I still am not sure if they were lying or just incompetent. Eventually we changed EMRs and moved all the charts to another billing service.

AdvancedMD is very user friendly with all the bells and whistles.

I love the ease in being able to schedule patients and be able to schedule future appointments.

This is convenient to use because you can use it on your phone, iPad, computer, etc. it allows me to do work remotely and it’s great. The  phone version is easy to use.

Communication is very poor. It has been difficult getting people to understand a therapy clinic vs a physicians office.

Very poor customer service and accessibility to their team.

I really enjoy working with this company. I find them friendly and helpful.

WEAK , frustrating software; a poorly implemented EHR.

Customer service is top notch. They answer, the respond, they are kind and easy to understand.

The PM side is pretty straight forward and easy for my employees to use. The integration with other apps has also been very nice.

The sysrem, as I'm writibng this, is down for unknown reasons and of course, they're closed after 7PM central time. WE HAD lots OF PROBLEMS SCANNING IN labs, reports, etc.

Constant problems with connect and development just does not build features to compensate for shortcomings.

The software had long lag times to find cpt codes and difficulty linking payments. In the end we decided to stop using after one month, but had to pay a buyout of $1,440 dollars.

Very user friendly and good value for the investment.

There is no alerts to notes that have been unsigned for 72 hours (this blows my mind since its a major compliance requirement).

Really liked the ease of navigation and the all around feel of the software and ease to read screens.

No big cons come to mind. Apparently, I can not complete the survey without adding more characters to this box.

The customization of AdvancedMD is extremely useful especially for multi-specialty clinics.

I like the fact that in many respects the system does what we need it to do, and has many features that reduce, if not eliminate paperwork.

I cant place stop payments in fear of them deleting our information due to non-payment.

This ended up causing a total waste of my entire office and back office staff's time.

Reporting was easy on the eyes and purposeful. They were easy to read and functional for gathering a picture of the clinic.

I LIKE BEING ABLE TO CUSTOMIZE TO OUR NEEDS WHEN NEEDED.

The salesman was excellent in selling this software and I was so hopeful that it would be beneficial to me and my practice. I was promised that it would be up and running withing 4-6 weeks.

Unmet needs, lack of communication with us and amongst the team.

The revenue cycle management is a disaster. We have lost thousands of dollars.

The clinical interface is good. Intuitive to navigate, looks good, nice use of shortcuts and templates for notes, and nice scheduler.

We had tons of rejections and denials for months. Our billers were on the verge of leaving because it was so much of a hassle.

I like the ability to learn as needed with  Kareo university  and ease of use for our team. We love the automated reminders and the ability the send messages with the software.

If there ever is an issue, the support team is always courteous and most eager to help resolve the issue in a timely and seamless fashion.

The tele medicine is the worst department, their support team is slow and arrogant, and there are a lot of technical issues which lead to lost patient appointments and it affects clinical care.

The easy of use and being able to add, adjust, transfer information.

I like the ease of use of Kareo. My favorite part of the billing side of Kareo is the home page.

Turn around time is great and Kareo shows me how I am doing with my patient collection as well.

I love many features in Kareo. I find the real time eligibility and ability to send auto claims electronically with attachments is the most useful to my practice on a daily basis.

The implementation and initial training were very easy. I appreciated having an assigned trainer to help me throughout the process.

It Is user friendly and the Support is awesome.

Billing is absolutely brutal. I strongly recommend talking to your billers first.

Terrible experience with excessive sales pressure for what I thought was a free trial but actually locked me into a year long contract. I should have read the paperwork more closely.

Kareo is fairly easy to navigate even for a low tech person. The customer support team is absolutely amazing, they are always patient and extra helpful.

This is a truly terrible billing software with poor customer service. I strongly advise talking with your billers before going down this road.

Integrates seamlessly with the EHR documentation system I use. Electronic billing with submission of clean claims 99.99% of the time.

The program is easy to use, cost effective and the support is great.

We are new users to Kareo,but the program has been easy to set up and use. We integrated our Practice.

I have had patients complain that the appointment reminder calls were not easily understood and did not give specific information about the doctor for the appointment.

The calendar is very poor and does not interface with well with the rest of the EHR.

I've had a few rejected and denied claims, but I've been unable to figure out why, other than it's a possible glitch in the Kareo system.

Kareo has been an improvement from our previous software. I appreciate that the cost each month has been predictable and fair.

The benefit to this billing software is that it is very functional and we are able to track every claim with ease.

Overall experience with Kareo is positive. Our sales rep is proactive and is always available to help address our concerns.

One of the providers at the practice was charged incorrectly due to being listed under incorrect provider Type and kareo states that its not their fault, they cant credit money back.

Very user friendly- 10 stars. I would recommend kareo to anyone looking for an awesome software.

Disappointed, will be switching as soon as my contract is up (or sooner if I am losing patients).

If there is a problem with an ICD 10 code I have used, Kareo will let me know before I make my final approval to send the claim.

Very good for Billing and System interface with insurance companies. Customer support very good.

Kareo will say they are fixing issues or updating functionality, but the fixes are generally meaningless and the updates are mostly ineffectual. Customer support is also terrible.
