Pros/Cons
Pros
- She is a true gem and I love that someone like her is able to support my business on her end. I feel 100% confident in her ability on the support end.
- What I love the most is the quality of support that I get along with this software. I am not incredibly "tech savvy" so I occasionally need to reach out to the support team for help.
- The e-record creator is fabulous as well. I like that you can see when the last consent or intake was signed before you add another one to the chart.
Cons
- For example, I panicked because on the KIOSK there was no tool bar. Come to find out it was because of the size of my ipad.
- These have been forwarded to development. Some of our clients are having some trouble with the software depending on what device they are using.
- Patients are having trouble filling them out and not able to go back in. Also not showing that forms were completed.
Pros
- Charm is a user friendly, patient friendly, online EMR system. It has many different features that help to automate many tedious tasks and help take the burden off of smaller clinics/teams.
- I heard from a colleague that Charm had fabulous customer support and that is what made me give it a try. I absolutely can say that I have gotten excellent customer support from Charm.
- Charm has been a wonderful addition to my practice. I use only the medical records portion of it because I am happy with the practice management software that I currently use.
Cons
- There have been problems with sending eprescriptions - The software can not locate the particular medication and you must know the generic as well as the trade name on occasion to get it through.
- Minor problem exists with entering patient email addresses. Software sometimes flags as invalid email address with anything that ends in.
- Net then got back and re-enter the correct email address. Customer service has yet to fix this problem.
