Once the back end is set up its' great. Package pricing is easy, reports are excellent and run accurately if your back room system is built correctly.

These have been forwarded to development. Some of our clients are having some trouble with the software depending on what device they are using.

Ve been using Aesthetics Pro while working at other spas and for my own. It’s been a terrific experience.

Its a one stop system, covers everything which I like. Good reports, excellent product and service build out, inventory management, etc.

Patients are having trouble filling them out and not able to go back in. Also not showing that forms were completed.

For example, I panicked because on the KIOSK there was no tool bar. Come to find out it was because of the size of my ipad.

A lot of functionality integrated in one system. That is about all I can say that is good about this software.

The software is often quite slow, which can be extremely annoying when you have customers standing in front of you waiting to pay.

I am not very techym but I have managed to do most of the tasks on this system. I would like to have the time to learn more of its functionality so have found the webinars really helpful.

We have found that we can integrate Go Cardless which we are yet to do and hope that this will help the Clinic run more smoothly.
