Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use and has a lot of great features for our practice.

  • Easy to navigate, great for managing our business, reporting is flexible and robust, customer service is responsive and comprehensive

  • Cons

  • There’s nothing I can honestly say I dislike.

  • Somewhat expensive Client portal not intuitive Sending email blasts are very expensive after exceeding your limit Very hard to integrate online appointments

  • Pros

  • It is very easy to learn and work with this product. I found it extremely intuitive and loved how easy it was for me to just jump right into this software.

  • This was a simple, cut and dry program that was beyond easy to navigate. Everything is so simple to find and the layout is great

  • Cons

  • It is not user friendly for the clinical staff but I personally do not have anything bad to say about it. When there is an issue, it does get resolved but sometimes it takes too long.

  • too many manual era postings, the options to prevent things from automatically posting a great but should be more defined
