Once the back end is set up its' great. Package pricing is easy, reports are excellent and run accurately if your back room system is built correctly.

These have been forwarded to development. Some of our clients are having some trouble with the software depending on what device they are using.

I find it covers every aspect of my business all in one place. It's absolutely user friendly.

I like the support I have been able to get while learning this system. The ticketing system is awesome and the conference calls are great.

The customer service representation was a wonderful trainer.

Your stuck with their old archaic forms. Charting is a nightmare.

BUT, it's losing my business money if I don't adjust every sale. And, I warned them, 1000's of their existing accounts are at jeopardy also.

Easy to use...front desk options are pretty descent. They could have some basic features that would make this system awesome.

Its a one stop system, covers everything which I like. Good reports, excellent product and service build out, inventory management, etc.

Patients are having trouble filling them out and not able to go back in. Also not showing that forms were completed.

For example, I panicked because on the KIOSK there was no tool bar. Come to find out it was because of the size of my ipad.

I have a hard time Seeing my credit card charges that I pay , and i cannot figure out how to change my routing information. So some things could be designed clearer.

So now am stuck with used pay desk that i paid full price for it. Looking for another provider i am done with Vagaro very soon.

When this happens you do have the option to enter in card information manually, however you are charged extra for it which is another con.

I have really enjoyed processing with Vagaro and the user friendly interface. I also love how my clients get emails and text reminders before their appointments.

I spend countless hours a month combing the system for these errors and it makes our company look incompetent to our customers.

Easy to use for me and my clients. They love the reminders and I love that all my salon information is in one location.

So completely useless for my business and a total waste of time trying to set up. This should be a big warning before you sign up.

NOTES:  I like this section it's comprehensive to different professions. The medical note section is helpful for massage therapists and other medically oriented professions.

Very poor I feel ripped off by their illegal refund policies. They ripped me off for $700 even though I never once used the service.

The price point is great. I love the ability to do payroll, run reports and credit card processing all in one place.

Like I mentioned before they have such amazing support, and training videos, and how to articles. It's incredibly user friendly.

I loved the marketing tools. The website builder and the access to easy use SOAP notes is what sold this to me, in addition to the pricing.

Forced to have to buy gift cards that are expensive to purchase through them. Charges for the visa use was more expensive then my bank charges.

There was no comparison. My favorite things about vagaro is the amazing customer service, ease of use, and the ability to use on both desk top and mobile devices.

Sometimes the card reader doesn't connect which is really frustrating because then I have to enter the credit card information by hand and get charged more. That's extremely frustrating.

It is easy for me to use and I do enjoy the lay out of it all. Customer support is great as well.

I love how easy it is to manage my accounting through Vagaro. Booking and Merchant services are easy and affordable.

They continue to update and improve it all the time, and have very good live customer service, which is so important when there is an issue that needs immediate attention.

Sometimes it's difficult to find what I'm looking for. That can be frustrating when I'm with a client.

They LOVE having the ability to see their schedules from the personal smart phone/ tablet when they aren't at work. Our client's LOVE their texting reminders.

I also appreciate being able to see my stat's for the month and year. It's a great help for taxes.

The websites we can create are professional and super easy to create. Add ons like shopping cart to your website are inexpensive and easy to turn on/off at any time...I have done so, many times.

I am extremely satisfied with Vagaro and all supports in place. I recommend it to colleagues in the field.

The only dislike is that we can not add the pets name.
