Love using AGILE RPM in our Outpatient Office

AGILEEMR has been a great EMR for our outpatient Rehabilitation department.

PROS

Templates are Good use of time for Evaluation process and easy to add/remove things as you feel your evaluation goes. I've loved that it prompts us for progress notes, Plan of Cares and the reports help me to stay on top of productivity. When I have had issues, IT support has been a phone call away and quick to resolve any issues we are having.

CONS

My speech language pathologists wished that they could have a little better input on their templates (feel that it is built more for PT than SLP)

AgileEMR Review

Having been part of AgileEMR since it's inception, I have seen this product improve to what I think is one of the best products for clinicians, front office staff and managers/directors trying to run a successful practice. I have had several students over the years that have used AgileEMR and compared to some of the other "popular" EMR systems in the physical therapy, their feedback has been consistently positive and unanimously give AgileEMR a "five star" rating.

PROS

As a group director, AgileEMR is great in that it allows me the ability to not only perform my daily tasks of electronic patient documentation, but it also gives me easy access to management reports (including facility stats, physician referral trends, therapist metrics and cancellation reports). The initial plan of care, progress notes and discharge summaries are all linked and pull data through to improve therapist efficiency. Really like the ability of EMR to calculate billled units based on commercial/federal payors which allows the therapist to just bill appropriately according to time. AgileEMR incorporates schedule management, integrated fax/scanning and financial options to allow a clinic or company the ability to successfully manage their practice with a single system. Finally, the customer support from the AgileEMR development team is exceptional. Their communication is great when new changes/enhancements are going to be rolled out. As a user on a daily basis, there have essentially been no periods of time when the system went down. Whenever we have had a problem, it has been related to the internet provider service interruption vs. AgileEMR.

CONS

The only aspect of AgileEMR that is still a little "clunky" is the treatment log, however this is currently being re-developed by the AgileEMR development team and look forward to having this new enhancement as part of the SOAP note.

Not my first choice when it comes to EMR for solo practitioners!

Overall, the software is okay but there is a lot of improvements that can be made. It is definitely not as great as EPIC!

PROS

Although this isn't my first choice, I feel like this program is very easy to get around on the program. I never had to constantly find backways into parts of the program when I had correct errors that clinicians would make. Also, it was nice to have the ability for clinicians to flag things that billing and quality could review.

CONS

The biggest problem I had with this software is how slow the program runs. I feel like I was constantly waiting for the next page to load. I can't imagine what the clinicians that work with me thought of this program before we got rid of it. I feel like I was always having to re-type everything into the software because when I would try to auto-populate information, everything I did before the previous item gets erased.

EFFICIENT AND USER FRIENDLY

You will not find a better a better software or customer support system for your clinic. Features are added periodically only adding to the effectiveness of this software.

PROS

Having worked with multiple EMR platforms, Agile EMR is top notch and the total package. Other systems lack certain features/items that allow for an running an effective and productive clinic. Navigating Agile is such an ease, reducing the amount spent documenting. System allows for detailed information to be inputted in a organized fashion which makes it quick and easy to find. I really like how it has been integrated with Medbridge making it very easy to provide HEP's as well provide virtual therapy sessions. As a clinic manager its admin and reports features help me identify pertinent patient, therapist, and referral information/stats which help run a productive clinic. Response time from support team is quick and concise.

CONS

I don't have any negative comments regarding this great program.

Agile EMR

Overall, my experience has been great with Agile EMR. I have been using the product for years and I have been impressed with how frequently it is updated, making it easier to use and a more efficient product.

PROS

What I like most about the Agile EMR is how easy it was to learn to use the software and that the software prompts me if I need to write a progress note or if I need to add a modifier to my billing in order to be compliant with payer guidelines. It also allows me to choose between using a set template with preset drop down choices or there are options for being able to use a more lengthy narrative if I feel it necessary. The Agile EMR helps me be able to complete my medical records in a timely and comprehensive manner. It also helps me maintain good compliance with my records.

CONS

I would like to see filled in information (such as billing units) be carried over/auto filled when I give this info in one area of medical record or to only be required to put information in one spot. It would also be nice if all information for one daily record could be seen at one time instead of clicking through multiple pages. For example, the daily note, treatment log, and billing sheet can be seen just be scrolling up and down, not on seperate tabs.

Best Electronic Medical Records System for Physical Therapist

As a busy clinician, I do not want to "hunt" for information. I want it at my fingertips on each of my patients. AgileEMR does this. It is a fantastic product that helps me be more efficient and keep up on my paperwork. The system is easy to pick up on as I have seen for new employees and students.

PROS

AgileEMR is easy to use and navigate. I have been using the system for 10 years and find that the system is easy to navigate and also keeps all of the patients information in one place. As a physical therapist, using a system designed for physical therapist, I have found the SOAP note format excellent, treatment log easy to use and my favorite part is the ability to save templates for evaluations making evaluations quicker when it comes to documentation. I also appreciate the ability to flag items from the evaluation to auto populate into the progress notes/discharge note. The fax feature from the chart along with the ability to place limits on authorizations to not go over visits are fantastic features also.

CONS

The only recommendation I have is for the times entered into the treatment log to auto populate into the charge section.

Outpatient Physical Therapy Practice

PROS

-The program is extremely user friendly, during onboarding new clinicians are able to utilize the software on the first day and are extremely comfortable navigating options within the first 2-3 days. -Technical support is timely and helpful -Tracking patient visit information and documentation is extremely straight forward from a user standpoint -There is a direct relationship between EMR documentation, scheduling, background information etc. -Compliance is increased with respect to documentation through prompts, scheduled progress notes etc.

CONS

At times there are redundancies from a documentation standpoint built into the system requiring additional steps, however overall this is the most transparent and easy to use EMR system that I have used

Efficient. Effective.

AglieEMR is comprehensive and efficient. It helps me be maximally compliant while still capturing the information needed to communicate treatment details. Without question, it reduces the burdens of complexity around scheduling and documentation, allowing me to spend more time with patients than with my computer.

PROS

Agile EMR allows me to see a higher number of new patients each day than I would be able to see without it. The seamlessness of the modifiable templates creates professional and compliant communication with physicians and payers very quickly compared to other software I have used.

CONS

It would be nice if total minutes were always auto-populated form the treatment log... but it is my understanding that this is under consideration. The support team always seems open to trying to implement suggestions.

Phenomenal EMR

PROS

Agile is an excellent blend of efficiency and defensibility. The cloud-based system is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate. I love all the notification tags that warn a therapist when a progress note or updated plan of care is approaching, and then when it is due. The evaluation template customization allow me to capture all the relevant data I need very efficiently. The IT support has to be some of the best in the industry- always fast and professional. I've used several EMRs in outpatient practice and this is easily the best one. I cannot recommend this system enough.

CONS

There isn't anything I don't like about this system

First EMR System

We have had a very good experience with Agile. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and her team have done of great job of working with us and trouble shooting system issues.

PROS

This was the first time for my team to use a true EMR. The transition went well after the initial bugs and learning curve were overcome. The team at Agile does a great job of listening to concerns and works to rectify them as soon as possible.

CONS

When recommendations for improvements are made or a needed change requested, it takes a bit of time to get this implemented. The system does not allow for a lot of changes or customization.

Agile is a good, self explanatory tool to help you document effectively and efficiently

A+. Support tickets are quick, ease of use, and overall efficient and self explanatory.

PROS

Easy to use, built in compliance takes the stress out of documenting. Daily notes are quick and easy with the treatment log and the SOAP note format. Eval forms can take a minute to get up to your liking (templates) but once you have this it is streamlined making for an easy and efficient way to get all of your paperwork done.

CONS

This is coming - treatment log times being transferred to our billing section to reduce redundancy of having to type in multiple times the time you spent with a patient.

Excellent EMR system!

I have had excellent experience with this program. Support is available and their response time is quick. I am able to keep up on my documentation better than I have when using other EMR systems!

PROS

This software is user friendly and easy to use. I like that I can customize templates to meet my individual needs and treatment style.

CONS

I would love to see the times/units from the treatment log translate to the charge section of the note for increased convenience, but after contacting support, I understand this is in the works!

Very user friendly system

Love this system!

Could improve on waitlist options and would like the option to copy and paste one note on all future appt blocks so I do not have to manually type in myself.
