  • Pros

  • Data collection is very good and allows for identifying underperformance and bottlenecks within the company. Tech support is very courteous, friendly, and takes requests seriously.
  • One year down the road I am quite impressed by how much have been delivered and by the excellent customer relation and support provided by the AC team. Special thanks to the support staff.
  • Modern look, ability to progress our company smoothly from paper-based to electronic. Customizable forms are amazing.
  • Cons

  • It creates a problem when transferring shifts from Unapproved visits to the schedule.
  • The downside to this software being web based, if there's an issue with the web, there can be a lag, but this is very rare.
  • Uncomfortable technical support and unhelpful administration. No innovation and no review for ongoing issues.

  • I had gotten to know a few of them on a first name basis during our implementation and they were wonderful to work with, they took the time to try to make me get it lol.
  • The e-billing is a great tool, the notes section and pdf uploads to notes are a useful tool as well. I also like the referral management is very helpful.
  • I love that I can easily notate important details about our caregivers and the clients.
  • Cons

  • Customer service is horrible, billing is horrible, the platform is horrible all together. I would never recommend this software ever.
  • A lackadaisical approach does not work in this case, since it is revenue and that runs the agencies business and pays the HHAeXchange bill.
  • Also, there are always additional charges for any fix we need - not all fixes deserve a charge. There is no room for negotiation on the charges as well.
