Pros/Cons

Pros
Features at point of sale were impressive. Delivery of function extremely challenged.
Very reliable and easy to use system which will suffice most practices needs

Cons
too many manual era postings, the options to prevent things from automatically posting a great but should be more defined
support is in India and there is no accountability for bad advise, the management is hard to deal with unless you email the CEO

Pros
I absolutely love this this software. I’ve used it at multiple jobs I’ve had. It’s super easy to navigate and makes our jobs easier.
Awesome customer service! The rep is the best!

Cons
Customer service is mostly good but inconsistent. Pricing is slightly on the high side. I pay about $105 a month.
Only complaint is the desktop website, it's a bit messier and harder to use, but they have a great app so it makes up for it.
