Extremely responsive customer support. The website and application are user friendly and easy to train staff on. While data collection is new and not entirely robust, Welina has great features and is easy to get staff up and running. Billing has been seamless so far! #### Cons Aloha has been overall a great product, and we are glad to have made the switch. The transition to a new system is a HUGE feat and Aloha walked me through it the entire way.
