Pros
- The tutorial software is educational and helpful.
- AdvancedMD came out on the top due to the ability to customize documents for the chart and also text documents.
Cons
- The dashboard was a bit difficult to navigate at first, but now I have the hang of it.
- Some of the errors the claim checker finds do not seem tailored to ophthalmology (my field). Not a very intuitive interface and lots of features are hard to find.
Pros
- I like the amount of features chiro quick charts complete system offers. Everything is integrated together and I do have to pay extra for text reminders or email reminders.
- I was particularly looking for a program that contained all the components necessary for solid documentation. It is very user friendly, easy to customize and the learning curve was fast.
Cons
- That the same passcode is used for QC and PM. In billing you want no one else to have the passcode but with QC the Dr.s and pt must have it.
- However, I also realize that programming changes, etc. can take time to complete. Initially, training videos were poor.
