Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love this system as it is easy to use and train new staff.

  • Easy to use. The customer support is very helpful.

  • Cons

  • Some aspects are cumbersome and could be better done but overall gets the job done. Works best with Internet Explorer- not our preferred browser. Not as user friendly as our EHR.

  • It is a bit too complex for my needs as a psychotherapy sole practice. It would be great if I could get a version that is more tailored to my simple needs.

  • Pros

  • I loved how the application was super easy to use. The navigation part of the application, made my daily workflow easier.

  • Easy to use , customer service is quick and easy to contact

  • Cons

  • The system works well, though it does take some time to get through and learn the software initially.

  • There are some functions in the claims processing that are a little confusing but the support services are great when we call the help desk in walking me through the process.
