The features I like best are the following. Reports are specific and clean- from an Accounts Receivable perspective- they are user friendly.

Great customer service and easy to use PM and EHR systems.

The callback time can be somewhat lengthy when encountering a problem.

PM and EHR are 2 different applications. This is a minimal inconvenience.
