  • Pros

  • Great features such as rebook email but all require additional fees on top of monthly fees.
  • This program is excellent especially when you are dealing with more than one sales rep I need all the information to be shared.
  • Cons

  • I think the main downside is the pricing as it is a bit higher than its competitors. There are problems with calendar sync as well.
  • The new update can be really frustrating. Especially on an android it times out really quick.

  • The clinical interface is good. Intuitive to navigate, looks good, nice use of shortcuts and templates for notes, and nice scheduler.
  • I like the ability to learn as needed with Kareo university and ease of use for our team. We love the automated reminders and the ability the send messages with the software.
  • Cons

  • We had tons of rejections and denials for months. Our billers were on the verge of leaving because it was so much of a hassle.
  • The tele medicine is the worst department, their support team is slow and arrogant, and there are a lot of technical issues which lead to lost patient appointments and it affects clinical care.
