My experience has been great. This has made my job so much easier.

This program is excellent especially when you are dealing with more than one sales rep I need all the information to be shared.

With enough time and effort (and the help of their support team), we have integrated the scheduling system into our daily routines.

I think the main downside is the pricing as it is a bit higher than its competitors. There are problems with calendar sync as well.

AppointmentPlus charges for all basic app features such as text reminders, rebook or marketing email and online payment.

Appointment plus has been great. Our team has really grown fond with it, and have built it up more to help with everyday tracking of not only loads, but receiving information needed.

The product is easy to use if you have received training.

The company promised us they are the solution to all our needs but when we tell them we don't think it's the case after an hour of trying. They said we don't refund.

Whether we are working with a Massage Therapist, Attorney, or Pet Groomer, the software can be customized to fit our client's needs.

Easy to navigate from the patient perspective, relatively easy to setup and great customer service. Reports can all be done in excel which is great.

We love the email and text notifications. That is very helpful for our clients.

Its great to use for like a reminder. Its like a calendar/reminder app.

The new update can be really frustrating. Especially on an android it times out really quick.

We switched from Greenway to Office Practicum 11 months ago. THE only thing I like about this product is the integrated vaccine inventory management.

Hands down the best of the best for pediatric offices. OP is so user friendly and works around your practice.

I really get frustrated with updates that at times are not fixed to problems and each year when putting in new flu vaccine.

The learning curve is way better to compare to its competitors. Simple, easy to use, user-friendly, fast and efficient.

Pediatric friendly for the most part. Doctors can learn their way around it.

I love how the ACIP immunization schedule and Bright Futures  are integrated in the software.

Wait until they get their act together and go back to do a good job the way it was in the past.

The Managers ListServ has also been a wealth of information and finally OP has one of the best customer service teams I have worked with.

It has some nice features, but there are a lot of things I do not like. The support team is awesome.

Overall, Office Practicum works great for our office. We have been able to streamline our clinical and office processes and actively engage our patients.

PM and charting are integrated in the same system. ROS is easy to use, and the coding is helpful.

General flow is nice while you have your templates prepared. Interfaces are nice when they work.

There needs to be a way to search for a solution to a problem, rather than just being referred back to the user manual. That doesn't address any particular problem; they are just overall instructions.

I would recommend also reaching out to OP and letting them guide you through the software. I would also recommend investing in the valuable training; it is a truly an investment.

I love the robust reporting capabilities and the ability to do appointment recalls. Everything is pretty seamless and helps us focus on patient care and engaging our patients.

This EHR is easy to use, with windows like capability and point and click accessibility.

The software has a very friendly interface that enables quick entry of information of patients and other records.

I like the this is so great for my staff to speak with my clients. Having a streamlined product helps us get people in and out, but most of all, happy.

I like the ability to run various reports and lists related to patient care and patient information. OP Support is almost always quick to respond and resolves issues courteously and promptly.

The result is superior (and always appropriate) templates, great, beautiful growth charting, bright futures handouts build-in and developmental recommendations for specific patient visits.

It's windows-based (or modeled after windows) and perfect for pediatrics. The staff is extremely helpful, and their help desk is excellent.

Revenue reporting is very difficult to understand.

Very helpful with tracking task that need to be done for doctors visits so you can be organized.
