Pros
- Overall, AthenaOne is an excellent platform for healthcare providers to use for improved quality care and better business results.
- This software is sleek and beautiful. It has great ease of use for patients and myself and the office.
- I love the ability to customize my reports, letters and templates. I love the photo capture.
Cons
- The layout of this software is terrible. Very confusing and it takes a lot of clicking to access any part of the patient’s chart.
- Once they implemented their "streamlined" version, Athena went from just terrible to the absolute worst EHR on the planet. Nothing is streamlined about it.
- Once you start with Athena you feel trapped because you have to stick it out or you could go bankrupt.
Pros
- What I like most about the software is how it is very user friendly and has a manual for me when I have a question and it is self-explanatory.
- The ease of using Counsol it amazing. I have everything I need at my fingertips and can do all I need to do in order to successfully treat clients.
- I love CounSol because it is very easy to navigate and use. The interface is simple, the format for the progress is perfect, objectives are attached to the notes, overall it is vital for my practice.
Cons
- The accounting program can be a little confusing when trying to determine a problem when something is incorrect.
- The reason for that is my customer service rep. How can I complain, when I don't understand something in the program he is there so quickly to walk me through it.
- No need for notes or documents, just make an appointment and send in the bill. The calendar is very clunky and hard to use.
