Software is user friendly. I appreciate the value of Athena gets paid based on revenue.

Mobile app is easy install and it's nice to have pictures of my providers.

Running reports if difficult, not a lot of report options. Authorizations are difficult to track.

What I like the most about athenaOne is the vast amount of information that can be shared. There isn't much that it can't be used for when it comes to patient care.

I loved how easy it was to document patient visits. It was also very quick and efficient.

Ease of use good but especially like the ability to customize to make this “ mine.

Allows for different styles and helps MIPS compliance. Have seen an increase in revenue.

Very user friendly, customer service is outstanding. The ease of submitting questions and quick responses.

The portal is easy to use and implement (users simply configure a browser, login). Their help desk is pretty decent.

Billing is easy from a practitioner standpoint. It also is starting to integrate with other EMRs so occasionally we can pull labs and imaging from other participating systems.

These days, the technology we use and share is so important. Not everyone is health literate, but this helps make it easier.

I am hard pressed to find a negative that would dissuade me from purchasing athena all over again.

Integration to system provided by Athena folks that did not know the system. Athena has very little under standing of PT/OT and no  understanding of WC billing in PA.

I love the ability to customize my reports, letters and templates. I love the photo capture.

The layout of this software is terrible. Very confusing and it takes a lot of clicking to access any part of the patient’s chart.

The tickler system for follow up visits are subject to user errors and need constant review.

This software is sleek and beautiful. It has great ease of use for patients and myself and the office.

Poor functionality of Pharmacy. Major patient safety issues.

NO ONE told us and this document languished in some digital box. If we were a hundred person organization, I could pay someone to sit and manage the 20 or so boxes where they put communication.

The templates and text shortcuts were probably the best part of this software. The ability to add drop down menus and text boxes to your text shortcuts was extremely helpful for creating templates.

Some trouble incorporating patient's insurance with the actual billing process via the software...we essentially did billing a different way in the beginning.

But LiquidEHR has very accessible technicians who are very available on the phone and via remote connection to help. I never once was put on a hold or got a machine for technical support.

Exam data section has limited options. I have to use free-text frequently to describe clinical findings.

I am able to use Liguid EHR without getting bogged down at the computer. I don't need the tech support often but when I do they are friendly and helpful.

Found if get an error on ou of pocket hard to fix. Pulling up diagnosis is sometimes also difficult.

Sometimes this software will give random errors where I have to close and reopen the software.

User friendly and efficient software. Great functionality  and excellent customer support.

Overall, I highly reccomend this product. It is a good value and fantastic to work with.

Love that it can track our orders, easy to use. We are still brand new to the system so we are still trying to see what other things we love.

The ability to bill electronically all patients seen that day. Easy to print summary for communication with primary care doctors.

Inventory data base is clunky and there's no one payer for dependants. Tabs order needs to be customizable.

There are things like how the receipt is laid out for the patient makes them confused. Instead of showing discounts or what they paid next to each item can confuse people.

I still find coding for ICD10 difficult to navigate through.

Best feature is the top-notch and available technical support. All EMR/EHRs have glitches and quirkiness that can be overcome with time with a learning curve.

Easy to use with responsive support staff and the price point is amazing. I searched for over a year until I found Liquid and couldnt be happier.

LiquidEHR is a cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) solution suitable for small and midsize optometry practices. It offers medical records management, medical billing and scheduling tools.


LiquidEHR provides users with features including a mailing list generator, audit trails, workflow systems, document management, compliance checks, integrated e-prescribing and configurable exam records.
