Pros/Cons
Pros
- The user friendly approach of the application is the best feature. Hope with the additional features of it, would help us create awareness about TMJ treatments amongst other doctors and patients.
- All features, whether it be related to communication or accounting, or integration with other apps like WhatsApp, Facebook etc are very helpful and novel even as of today.
- We are getting good traction & patient engagement with this. The other useful tool that we have is the membership option.
Cons
- It should have templates to choose for billing patterns and prescription formates. It sometimes looses connectivity.
- Sometimes software lags, but this issue is usually it is limited to 1-2 times per month.
- It has a bit confusing interface. It takes time to get used to it.
Pros
- My overall experience with Eaglesoft is great, the customer service is beyond amazing and they always answer any questions I may have.
- We really enjoy the ease of logging in and changing appts, and keeping patients information up to date - had great reminders and ease of use with statements etc.
- The customer service, support, and live help features are outstanding - the staff are friendly, very knowledgeable, willing to work with you and very effective at solving problems.
Cons
- The client is unhappy, being stuck in purgatory waiting for Patterson.
- In the beginning the software is hard to understand. Some things are placed in odd spots.
- A lot of the features are disguised by icons that don't make sense. This sometimes makes it hard when I'm in a pinch to schedule someone.
