"make the settings easier to set a default for ALL practitioners vs having to go in and make individual changes for each person. when a new practitioner is added it is a nightmare trying to ensure everyone's settings and automations are where they should be and things often get missed because of this."

"SimplePractice was my initial stop when looking for HIPAA compliant charting, however, as a counselor in solo private practice, it isn't the option I ended up going with due to it not being the best value for the money. If other options provide the same level of service for less money it's a no brainer."
