M very satisfied with Booker. They are improving their service all the time.

I am stuck in Booker because I have been using it since 2014. My client data base and content are huge, they have been purchased by mindbody and I had hoped for an improvement, but its worse.

Wrong service and product history for clients that can never be corrected. Financial transactions that regularly crash.

Booker is a good product I have enjoyed using it. It's been a helpful part of our operation.

We had several manual processes and workarounds  to track and fix our data, but the auditing capabilities and ease of use make this system worthwhile.

Booker is great because I can keep track of my books even from home. I also enjoy being able to write progress notes.

The survey section is really helpful to hear from clients on what we can add or change to make their experience the best it can be.

It has good booking feature that notified employees and customers of appointments.

I have lost members because the software randomly double and triple charges them each month and doesn't represent it in the recent orders tab so it looks as if it hasn't.

Customer service is available - but they are often unknowledgeable and can only submit requests to development and they take months even years before they fix your problem.

Set up went very well and maintaining it is going well also. Customer service is excellent but haven't needed it much.

Even chirotouch is a better scheduler for a similar price, with superior reporting and accounting features.

I like how easy it is for customers to book and I like the Features of the marketing it is user friendly and very specific to the needs of the business and clients.

Customer service is fantastic, and tool is very intuitive overall.

Booker and team were great with helping me get this set up for our specific needs and marketing requirements. The whole process with Booker and the team helps us keep everything in one place.

I most like the convenience of the booker program. It is fairly user friendly too.

This  software  is  very easy  to  navigate. The software was very affordable at the time for my business.

CONSTANTLY has issues with loading. They refuse to refund my monthly payment for the software during COVID19 even though their business is run by businesses that are forced to shut down.

It's extremely user friendly and works really well. Clients can book appointments on the website and it integrates with booker.

The combination of Officemate and Weave has been good. We're able to organize a day of appointments and reach out to them when necessary.

The poor mismanaged and incomplete training was not worth. I was told if I paid the training it was at no risk, because I would receive an Amazon card in return.

Most are simple little things that do not deter you from being able to complete your job and do it well, but can sometimes be an annoyance.

The reports are good, easy to find and print. The permissions are great.

It is also integrated with VSP which makes billing those claims a breeze as well as with Weave which is great for our patient communications.

I wouldn't be surprised if quickbooks is somehow integrated here. The ease of use really works for me and is very simple to understand.

We use it to create the bills, invoices and other creations.and its very easy to use.

The customer service is not enough and very hard to contact for solving problems and there a lots of bugs coming after the new updates.

The OfficeMate user interface is clean and organized and relatively easy to learn for new users.

Also having the ability to link family members to each other makes it super easy when making appointments for multiple people in a family.

The amount of errors we get on a daily basis makes it hard to get pts in and out of the office in a timely manor. How many times the program will freeze up and kick us off.

I love the convince of being able to submit vsp claims to the lab. The communication between all employees on this software makes finding pts so much easier.

Its very easy to use and as a new user its very easy to handle.and interface also very polite and its provide the informations in one place.

The software is good for first time EHR users and works well for the price.

It's easy to navigate through, create appointments and find patient information. Customer service is also really helpful.

The staff constantly complains about this system - of course they use it mare than I do.

Crashes and lags quite a bit, especially for something being used for critical patient data.

We all love the software for our office. It makes Daily issues more manageable.

The thing that I like the most about this software was how easy it is to use and navigate through. Especially for first time EHR users.

Overall OfficeMate meets our scheduling needs. It is a good product for a small to mid-sized practice.

So the people at Eyefinity often don't know what to do to make the software work, because they didn't write the initial programs. AVOID THIS PRODUCT AT ALL COSTS.

Their staff member did not inform me that a server hosting option existed and just offered me your new program. I feel cheated out for a poor training and was mislead.

Overall it's a very good Optometric EHR. Our office has been using it for 5+ years and have been happy for the most part.
