M very satisfied with Booker. They are improving their service all the time.

I am stuck in Booker because I have been using it since 2014. My client data base and content are huge, they have been purchased by mindbody and I had hoped for an improvement, but its worse.

Wrong service and product history for clients that can never be corrected. Financial transactions that regularly crash.

Booker is a good product I have enjoyed using it. It's been a helpful part of our operation.

We had several manual processes and workarounds  to track and fix our data, but the auditing capabilities and ease of use make this system worthwhile.

Booker is great because I can keep track of my books even from home. I also enjoy being able to write progress notes.

The survey section is really helpful to hear from clients on what we can add or change to make their experience the best it can be.

It has good booking feature that notified employees and customers of appointments.

I have lost members because the software randomly double and triple charges them each month and doesn't represent it in the recent orders tab so it looks as if it hasn't.

Customer service is available - but they are often unknowledgeable and can only submit requests to development and they take months even years before they fix your problem.

Set up went very well and maintaining it is going well also. Customer service is excellent but haven't needed it much.

Even chirotouch is a better scheduler for a similar price, with superior reporting and accounting features.

I like how easy it is for customers to book and I like the Features of the marketing it is user friendly and very specific to the needs of the business and clients.

Customer service is fantastic, and tool is very intuitive overall.

CONSTANTLY has issues with loading. They refuse to refund my monthly payment for the software during COVID19 even though their business is run by businesses that are forced to shut down.

It's extremely user friendly and works really well. Clients can book appointments on the website and it integrates with booker.

I have now had the pleasure of working with the great people at Practice Suite, customer service has been phenomenal in helping implement everything in 3 different practices.

They have even threatened to cut our access to the software with-in 24 hours for non-payment when we were paid up 2 months ahead of time (errors with their own accounting).

I enjoyed all of the user friendly features that this software has to offer. The product is used primarily for billing within my practice and has been incredibly helpful.

I am using dragon that is integrated in, but I have to pay separate for that.

Another important feature that I admire about the product is the amazing support who are always available to assist you with any problems.

Switching over to PracticeSuite has allowed me to bill my patients more efficiently and in turn made more money for my practice. My favorite feature by far is the outstanding support team.

PracticeSuite is a wonderful company. The system is easy to use and the customer service is great.

If you have any issues, support is able to help you immediately. The updates are done during the weekend or late hours which is great.

Practice Suite is a great product and the service support is amazing. They are continuously upgrading and integrating new aspects of the software to help ease the use for both providers and patients.

This has to be the worst software on the market. Counter-intuitive, constant crashes, gliches, and errors.

If you want an affordable and complete software program for your business, this one is great.

We have had problems with the scheduler software moving appointments, deleting appointments, and changing the status of appointments without our knowledge or input.

It is also very affordable. I have used 3 other soft wares in the past and this one I like the best.

It’s difficult to customize patient reminders, when they go out and patient forms.

The integration and ease of transition was much smoother than we anticipated and the customer support has been phenomenal. The billing and coding processes have been greatly simplified.

Bait and Switch tactics. Stay away or be disappointed down the line.
