  • Pros

  • Text em all is a great platform with superb functionality. IT has allowed me to streamline my employee base.
  • It saves us so much time and money when it comes to filling shifts and you can do it from any computer or location. It is great for doing fan out call for when you have those emergencies.
  • I love that Call-Em-All is a great tool to make regular and occasional correspondences easier and less stressful in the days of the pandemic.
  • Cons

  • I think that there should be a way to change the recording for a scheduled call. If you have already set it up, you have to cancel and redo it to change the recording this is dumb.
  • But that one thing is annoying. And it's "new", it did not use to be there.
  • Not a lot of time to review new features and functions BECAUSE of the type of usage and fear of using the software incorrectly because of this.

  • It does what we hope it will do and the MMS format is wonderful for setting out reminders and announcements with a graphic.
  • The ease of use is what I like most. The ability to reach those who might be otherwise unreachable.
  • The ease of use for training less technical people on how to buy keywords is excellent. The API is great to work with as well.
  • Cons

  • There is limited customer support. There was increase risk of spam.
  • Getting an accidental block back in the system so they receive texts.
  • Very poor interaction several times over a period of years, including via other businesses I have worked with.
