  • Pros

  • Pre-camp Registration: Very easy to do; easy online; good - love online; very easy to access and complete; ok; online took some getting used to but was good - liked email reminders; easy; Awesome.
  • We loved the ability to generate reports with specific information quickly. Nolan, our account manager, is always helpful and friendly too.
  • The overall quality of the software is great and their customer service is out of this world. No matter what time or day there representatives are there to help you.
  • Cons

  • It is disappointing that users have to use Chrome as many of our parents do not use Chrome and staff had to assist them in uploading items, etc.
  • We used to have a confusing, multi-step process that required us to call or email parents multiple times between the time they paid their deposit and arrived at camp.
  • While our camper was having a severe asthma attack, I was able to quickly pull up her medical records to tell the EMT if she had any allergies.

  • I am still discovering features and as I can I add them to my knowledge base. I truly appreciate their kind and encouraging customer service team that help me with any questions I have.
  • ProClass has been a huge asset for us. Overall it is a great system, and the support is really outstanding, so we can always count on having answers to our questions.
  • The technical support from ProClass is outstanding. The trainers are also very polite and supportive -- best technical support I've received in years.
  • Cons

  • Another difficulty that we had to discover for ourselves had to do with different accounts using the same email address - "Forgot password" does not work properly.
  • It's hard to tell if communication between Support and Development is lacking but some of our requests seem to get lost or mistranslated at times.
  • Far too many of our students complain about not knowing their password and we can no longer provide that to them.
