Pros/Cons
Pros
- Pre-camp Registration: Very easy to do; easy online; good - love online; very easy to access and complete; ok; online took some getting used to but was good - liked email reminders; easy; Awesome.
- We loved the ability to generate reports with specific information quickly. Nolan, our account manager, is always helpful and friendly too.
- The overall quality of the software is great and their customer service is out of this world. No matter what time or day there representatives are there to help you.
Cons
- It is disappointing that users have to use Chrome as many of our parents do not use Chrome and staff had to assist them in uploading items, etc.
- We used to have a confusing, multi-step process that required us to call or email parents multiple times between the time they paid their deposit and arrived at camp.
- While our camper was having a severe asthma attack, I was able to quickly pull up her medical records to tell the EMT if she had any allergies.
Pros
- As such, I reached out to RegPacks for some training and guidance and they have been extremely responsive and helpful in bringing me up to speed.
- The ability to embed in our website, which is nice and seamless for parents. Automated emails are great, especially with the token insertions.
- We are a new client, and I'm not super technology proficient but the RegPack system is user friendly and once you understand the ins and outs it is super easy to use.
Cons
- Yesterday Regpack support emailed to report that the had fixed the problem, so we walked the registrant through and again they received an error.
- Getting a trigger to fire without having to save the page multiple times is a challenge. Users keep getting error messages about refreshing the page, which they do to no avail.
- Extremely disappointed by features, buggy UI, poor support.
