  • Pros

  • I have been impressed that the [sensitive content hidden] has schedule tech support with me personally a couple of times, to help resolve my tech issues, which were usually on my end.
  • It is easy to customize and helps you expand your practice with ease. It brings everything together that you need to have a successful practice at an affordable price.
  • I think it is amazing- I appreciate that there are still some development /changes happening so it will only get better.
  • Cons

  • The portal is difficult and signs out many times during a session.
  • The electronic health record is limited and lacks customization.
  • Once the intake forms are up and running that will make it a one stop shop as I can store everything on there.

  • I love the support model because it provides a quick resolution while the user is on the all with the support person. I feel my experience and knowledge is respected.
  • I had worked with the system at another facility and loved it. Was very excited to get it here.
  • The support team is the best; they are always quick to respond and follow up. The overall ease of the product from a user standpoint is also great.
  • Cons

  • My only complaint is how it will kick us out sometimes.
  • You can't search a total database of residents or clientele on those whom have meds due. This is very frustrating for a number of reasons you may need that info.
  • I know you guys have beta program but still. Also move away from TSprint < its hit or missed.
