Pros/Cons
Pros
- It's easy to use, I really like the support ([SENSITIVE CONTENT] is fantastic) and I'm interested in a feature that is coming ie.
- I think it is amazing- I appreciate that there are still some development /changes happening so it will only get better.
- I have been impressed that the [sensitive content hidden] has schedule tech support with me personally a couple of times, to help resolve my tech issues, which were usually on my end.
Cons
- The portal is difficult and signs out many times during a session.
- The electronic health record is limited and lacks customization.
- Once the intake forms are up and running that will make it a one stop shop as I can store everything on there.
Pros
- Mostly user-friendly, responsive and helpful customer support, customizable templates, clear video, easy client onboarding and billing, great value for the price.
- I am enjoying the flexibility of the software and the ease which I can contact clients. SimplePractice also has an online tele-counseling platform which is very useful.
- I am excited to see how the the customer service support conversation will go, hopefully it will help me understand how to have intake forms.
Cons
- I have a data base now that I use who program is awful and childish but they are able to create the reports I need. Its sad this program is missing the one thing i need more than anything.
- This process can take a few days which is frustrating when many problems can be managed with a quick phone call.
- Stay away...you will leave once an audit occurs and they refuse to provide you your own records.
