Needs more intuitiion, more ease of use for staff and physicians

Pros

Has general functions that area easy to use for staff and physicians but lacks the robust total functionality that would make the entire practice thrive with this product.

Cons

Needs far more intuition, ease of use, proactive functionality, less mouse clicks, intuitive guidance to next screens, more face time with patients

Amazing Platform For Billing Management!

Pros

CareCloud is awesome for managing all the various departments and integrating them in to the billing department. Prior to implementing this platform in to our office it was a bit of a challenge managing our billing processes. CareCloud made everything so much smoother!

Cons

It was a bit of a challenge with the on boarding process, which is the same with any other type of platform. Overall there were not too many other challenges when implementing this software!

Good idea but not developed enough to offer yet.

We switched from Athena and in less than one week we were making arrangements to go back to Athena.

Pros

Price was very attractive and ability to control our own billing.

Cons

The functionality was way below par. It shows well in demos but when it came time to use it the pieces don't fit together very well. Too many steps to to things in the chart. Referral piece was very poor.

Easy User Experience

We have had a great experience with this software.

Overall it is a great product

Pros

It is very easy to use. It is set up where you go from icon to icon from beginning of patient to the end.

Cons

The claims department is not as fast as I would like it to be. The revenue is pretty good. I think the turn around for denials should be worked faster.

Great Analytics

Carecloud Charts is a good product. Consider the options and see if it's right for you.

Pros

Carecloud offers very good chart features, some of which are customizable. The reporting features are very robust. It saves you time, which saves you money.

Cons

All these features come at a cost. The system is a little pricey. Smaller practices may not be able to afford it.

Pros

It is user friendly and easy to learn and navigate. Customer service is always helpful when we need them.

Cons

Price is based per providers and not on what features you use. Our practice does not utilize the electronic records. We primarily use only the scheduling/billing features.

Great experience with CareCloud EHR

I would recommend CareCloud for any practice.

Pros

We have used CareCloud EHR for almost 4 years and it's been great. The EHR makes it simple to manage my clients and practitioners. It has great functionality and is user friendly overall. The billing app is the best. I actually eliminated an admin position by using the billing app.

Cons

I would like for the iPhone app and the calendar app to offer a few more features. It would also be nice if there was way to upload and store clinical documents.

The Ultimate All-In-One

Pros

The user-friendliness of the software is amazing! I love that the software basically moves from left to right and the tracking on denials and no-responses ensures that you aren't having to pull those ugly aging reports. It is the most user-friendly EHR/PM solution I've ever used!

Cons

The limited selection of specialties that are able to use and some manual work-arounds on submitting paper-claims.

No way to limit access to financials for anyone seeing the schedule

Most EHRs and CRMs have the ability to create different access for different users and user types. Carecloud has a UserRights section that gives the illusion of being able to turn off access to different sections of a patient chart, but it is just an illusion. Any person who has access to the calendar/schedule for the day can click on a patient on today's schedule and have access to all financial information. Providers do not need access to billing but they do need to see the schedule of all patients being seen in the clinic on a day they are working. I would not recommend Carecloud EMR to any practice until they have figured out how to block access to financials from the schedule app.

Pros

Easily see financials which is a pro if you want everyone to see the financials, but a negative if you want access to financials to be appropriately limited.

Cons

No way to block access to patient financials despite their misinformation that access to financials can be controlled by UserRights.

I really like that this system is user friendly. It's easy to navigate through and like that you can upload document to it.

Cons

When starting up the system it takes a while to come up. And if your computer does not have adobe flash, it will not work.

The support is good. They are easy to get a hold of and they can fix the issues in a very timely manner.
