Pros
- Amazing customer support - best of any tech platform I've ever used. Extremely comprehensive and customizable to a variety of practices and service models.
- They are patient and responsive and ease the frustration of the learning curve to get this up and running. It's a quality product and has been very reliable.
- Love using timesheets and my favorite is converting sessions. Easy to use, self explanatory and very reliable.
Cons
- It was difficult not being able to correct mistakes you knew you made without going through the HR department.
- It can be a little confusing at times with all the different windows to open.
- I do not like how the claims line look it gets very confusing and can get very frustrating.
Pros
- Clinicsource has been an amazing asset to our clinic. Our therapists love the easy to use scheduling, and billing and the detailed but efficient documentation system.
- All of our therapists are very happy with this application and its user friendliness.
- There is a pretty good amount of pediatric-relevant terminology, embedded score reporting for many pediatric assessments, and the pre-loaded goals are pretty helpful.
Cons
- My business suffered, my trust was shattered, and my money was squandered on false assurances. A year later, I am still shackled to a platform that has rendered itself utterly useless to me.
- I hated the customer service, lack of training with contracted customer, service agents, lack of follow up with urgent concerns.
- I would have to close down my business bank account to stop the charges. Horrible customer service!!! I will share with all peers and collegues in social media the manipulation of clinic source.
