Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like the view of this software. The colors look up to date and it is easy to navigate around within the system.

  • I AM A QUICK LEARNER BUT THIS PROGRAM WAS SHOWN ONCE TO ME AND ITS ALL IT TOOK. EASY PROGRAM. IF CRASHES HAPPEN THE COMPANY WORKS ON IT QUICKLY TO GET YOU UP AND RUNNING AGAIN.

  • Cons

  • There is absolutely no custom reporting and the canned reports are not sufficient. All forms have to be printed on expensive forms instead of rendering in lines forms printable to pdf

  • The thing I like least about Cerner is that the system seams to crash a lot

  • I loved how the application was super easy to use. The navigation part of the application, made my daily workflow easier.

  • Easy to use , customer service is quick and easy to contact

  • The system works well, though it does take some time to get through and learn the software initially.

  • There are some functions in the claims processing that are a little confusing but the support services are great when we call the help desk in walking me through the process.
