This software is user friendly and easy to navigate. The customer service reps are Super nice and helpful too.

Too much is going on on the screens at once, and your eyes have trouble adjusting.

A year and a half later they almost unanimously agree that it saves time has improved work flow on many fronts. The simplicity of the software aided in the ease of training for our staff.

Tech support is excellent and always available. I love the Chat Now feature where you can get help and answers immediately.

The encounters are organized as a traditional history and physical or SOAP note (the way the medical record SHOULD BE). The messaging system seems awkward.

The ease of use is the most important thing that I liked about the software. Also the feature of notifying the pharmacy of discontinuing the medication.

I like how easy it is to set up providers and set up the practice favorite prescriptions. After setting up the routine prescriptions we prescribe we can send our prescriptions in in seconds.

This has led to sending prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy when we're busy because we forget it is set that way.

I like the varying user roles so that we can have our nurses, doctors, and administration members included appropriately to make things run efficiently.

Also difficult initially finding the preferred pharmacy. It would make more sense to search by the zip code and see all pharmacies there to choose from.
