Chiro QuickCharts Software


 

Chiro QuickCharts is a full suite system built for chiropractic clinics including practice management, billing, patient check-in and certified electronic health records (EHR) applications. The software offers customizable notes functionality and automates the patient check-in process. Patients can complete their own medical history and answer subjective update questions regarding their condition before and after every visit.

“Travel Card”-style patient charts allows providers to view the past three visits or scroll back to the patient’s first entry in the system. Templates for patient letters and handouts as well as a full range of codes are included and documents can be scanned and imported directly into patient charts to save time.

Reminders and alerts can be set up, and a list of “to-dos” appears on the system’s main page to help ensure that providers remember all important tasks. Finally, an in-office chat room allows providers and staff to communicate more easily and efficiently to better serve patients. Users can also use this software to send patients text and email appointment reminders.

I like that it communicates with the PM system in converting patient information. There are a few glitches but still a work in progress.

That the same passcode is used for QC and PM. In billing you want no one else to have the passcode but with QC the Dr.s and pt must have it.

Recommendations

Keep an open mind and open communication. Support can only do so much without involving the programmer/s.

It's easy to use with prompt vendor support. It only took a few weeks to get a real good grasp of the workings of this system.

The poor transition from old software. All we were able to bring from the old software to the new were names, so a lot of entry was needed, and we actually ended up running both side by side for accounting.

Recommendations

Everyone has pros and cons. Weigh them out, and this one shines pretty bright.

It's easy to use. It takes me seconds to do daily notes. I love that new patients can use the kiosk to fill out paperwork, creating less waste and better use of mine and my staff's time.

Any changes and recommendations that I have recommended have been taken into consideration and incorporated into the latest update of the software. In other words, if there are things I don't like, they will work with me to change it until it is satisfactory.

It's responsive, and this program is very elementary with color coding. They have great tech support. More importantly, you can add statements for justifying services rendered and risk management defense.

No serious complaints. At times, we have had some issues that seems to take a while to address. However, I also realize that programming changes, etc. can take time to complete. Initially, training videos were poor. However, that has recently been rectified, and I am very pleased.

Recommendations

Look at all aspects of the software (EMR and PM) and read reviews before making an investment. I spent a great deal of time researching and have not regretted my decision.

Customer support is awesome; many issues are resolved the same day. They remotely access my system, and many times can work in the background, so I don't have to be tied the computer as they work.

It's seems very basic compared to other systems I've reviewed. The system was able to integrate with my current billing software, which is one of the main reasons I choose QuickCharts.

I bought CQC in 2014 on the advice of fellow doctors. I am pleased with my choice. I like how the system has different technique systems incorporated into the EHR.

Sometimes they may be a bit slow (from my view point) they always get it done.

For me, the biggest selling point is the customer service. I can always get a reply to my questions, no matter how basic.

Since we started using Chiro QuickCharts software, I feel that my records are organized and now legible. When a request comes in for an attorney or ins company for records, it is easy to print off the soap note and be done with it. Chiro QuickCharts offers an easy to use record keeping system that we found to be advantageous for our office. Two new associates just joined my practice and there is no difficulty reading each other's notes. Compared with other systems, I found Chiro QuickCharts more affordable. It is an accommodating, user friendly software product that I am happy to be using.

The company continues to improve upon it's product and user friendliness. They are always open to communication for individual concerns and are quick to make changes if needed. The support has been excellent. I feel comfortable recommending this EMR software to anyone. All three doctors just finished our third Meaningful Use attestation without any difficulty and at this point have received everything owed to the clinic from our efforts. It's so nice to go home after a long day at the clinic knowing that your notes are complete. Insurance companies and attorneys also appreciate the thoroughness of our notes.

The CQC software has worked very well in our office. We currently have 3 doctors, 6 adjusting rooms and we spent about 5 hours online to train. The software is easy to use, it is easy to customize and the touch screen feature is great. Also our current patient management software easily communicates with the CQC.

We started on QC 4 years ago. Sometimes you discover things the longer you are using a program. I discovered that the longer we use the software the more we love it. We have gone through audits and didn't even sweat it. Love this program and it just gets better. New owner this year is wonderful....only made it better. We will soon be updating our billing software to combine with the EHR part of it. As DB Consultants and Quick Charts become one. Can't wait.
