Pros
- I like the amount of features chiro quick charts complete system offers. Everything is integrated together and I do have to pay extra for text reminders or email reminders.
- I was particularly looking for a program that contained all the components necessary for solid documentation. It is very user friendly, easy to customize and the learning curve was fast.
Cons
- That the same passcode is used for QC and PM. In billing you want no one else to have the passcode but with QC the Dr.s and pt must have it.
- However, I also realize that programming changes, etc. can take time to complete. Initially, training videos were poor.
Pros
- It is fairly inexpensive in comparison to other EMR programs. It provides good enough functionality for a medical practice.
- This software is super easy to use, and very convenient.
Cons
- We are dealing with patients, our office’s staff and our patients are suffering because irresponsible customer service and ignorant managers from Eclinical.
- Since we bought this software, whenever there is problems first you have to creat the ticket and someone calls you whenever they want. Always system is disaster after update.
