ChiroFusion Software


ChiroFusion is a cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) solution designed for chiropractors to help them manage key clinical activities such as scheduling, reporting and billing.

ChiroFusion EHR offers integrated practice management features that allow practitioners to schedule and manage patient appointments, send appointment reminders to both doctors and patients, create reports and bill patients for medical services. Appointments can be booked, confirmed, rescheduled or canceled via an email or text message, allowing clinics to track daily bookings, no-shows and cancellations.

ChiroFusion allows clinics to create SOAP compliant notes, submit claims to insurance companies and process payments electronically. Medical documents and clinical records are automatically backed up in an online repository in real time. A self-service portal allows patients to check in using an iPad or tablet, submit their medical history, access prescriptions, pay bills and more.

It is available for a monthly subscription and support is offered via online webinars, phone and email.

So far my experience has been great. I have been working with our rep for training calls, and she has been really kind and helpful. I look forward to growing my business with you guys!

Pros

I love that the software is cloud based! As someone that is in the beginning stages of starting a practice, it is extremely helpful to be able to access software when out at events. I am also so grateful for how affordable it is!

Cons

I am a brand new user, so I haven't had much in the way of issues. However, I do wish there was a way to remove the insurance section from the intake as I am a cash practice.

From Paper to EHR

Noticed that once you get started, you can complete the needed info much faster than with pen and paper. A real time saver!

Pros

Ease of the flow from patient check in to the finished product of patient narrative and billing.

Cons

Nothing, still on a little personal learning curve! with the computer! LOL

Chiro fusion

Getting insurance payments in much quicker and able bill to insurance companies more often

Pros

Easy to write a soap note. Everything with documentation is very easy.

Cons

Could be a little more user friendly when entering in patient information

ChiroFusion

It does exactly what we need it to and it has really been easy to transition to this software from a different one.

Pros

I like that it is web based so you don’t have to download any software or do software updates and you can access it from anywhere. It is easy to learn and navigate. We are just starting to use this software in the clinic I am working in and plan on using it full time in place of a different software and so far we like it.

Cons

I do not have any complaints about this software it is exactly what our clinic was looking for.

Chirofusion Review

Pros

I like the speed with which I can enter information and input patient histories.

Cons

It could be a little more user friendly. I would like to see a list of completed patient notes on the right. But to be fair, I have only done one training session so far and am not completely used to the software.

Best value EHR for Chiropractors

So far things have been good, but my use has been limited. Look forward to getting used to the program.

Pros

I like the fact that soap notes are very quick and simplified. They are quite specific to the chiropractic profession and there is minimal typing necessary

Cons

Although it is very nice to bill electronically for free, there is some difficulty balancing out all of the patients accounts from insurance payments without a billing specialist on hand.

Great software

We are still going through training but the training process has been very helpful and has made implementation much smoother.

I have been very please with my experience with ChiroFusion so far. The staff is all super helpful and friendly and the program looks to save us a lot of time in the future.

Pros

Excellent staff with great trainings.

Ease of access from any point as long as you have internet.

First impression everything is great so far.

Pros

I like the ease of use, the customer service is top notch. So far so good, much much better than my last software.

Cons

Not being able to use the same email for a family or a child is a little frustrating. But that’s a pretty minor thing that may be solved with an update hopefully.

The ease of use, cost effectiveness. Much easier than my previous system and actually are cohesive.

Cons

There are some things I have suggested to make it easier in terms of billing. However, they are willing to listen and actually took notes on things I asked for and are looking into adding features I asked for.
