"I liked the idea of everything being in one software... such as patient texting, forms, electronic billing and patient statements could all be included for one price."

"Also, in order to have copays, co-insurances and deductible info pull for check out the providers note has to be started and "attached to the fee slip" and even after doing that it did still did not pull correctly or at all..."

"That we can't use our own number for the texting and that it doesn't keep track within the text system (for tasks and assigning tasks to other employees). "

"In my honest opinion, we shouldn't be charged a fee for a doctor directed write-off. While we understand Medicare and other payers have their own coding protocols, this denial fee makes our monthly invoices expensive."
