This is the worse software for updates. The updates half the time don't relate to a small clinic but a clinic that mainly does PT.

We have been on ChiroTouch since 2007 I think. I find it to be the perfect fit for our office.

I had a staff member receive a death threat (not kidding) and their entire support team was supposedly fired. Updates are sure to cause problems.

Overall a wonderful product that is always trying to improve and makes the entire office run more efficient and reliable.

I tried hard to make it work because I wanted to use this so badly, but I bailed after 14 months.

I love the insurance verification aspect when it's working properly and many of the other features like integration with merchant services, billing, etc. Chat widget is (mostly) great.

ERA's inaccurate, allocating of money makes patient balance hard to read, 20 step maneuver if there was an error, reports ridiculous to navigate. A total waste of 5 months that we used it.

Scheduling patients is easy with this software. Very user friendly and easy to train new employees on.

I like how easy it is to use. As a biller, I love the ease of importing EOB's, disputing claims & reports.

They are quick to resolve issues when you go through the chat but I feel like I’m going on to resolve issues about once a Month.

Poor customer service, confusion software, expensive, and ever updating and increased cost due to this.

Customer services can be long hold times both on the phone and with the Chat. Help is always good and complete.

The features that this software has like appointments and inventory really amaze me. Great for doing check in, with the ipad features.

Over priced, and difficult to cancel services, was billed 10 consecutive months for a product i cancelled.

It has been difficult updating my credit card information to pay for the services used. Overall Chirotouch customer service is becoming worse and worse.

They will Nickel and Dime you to death with all the add ons.

They seem to forget when they have a system that fails to function (which has become a consistent issue lately),  that user's office's stop being functional as everything is software driven.

It is very comprehensive and easy to use. If we have questions costumer service is super helpful.

Anytime we had a problem it would require over an hour to get through to their customer service line and then many times you would just time out.

We like the care package options for services and new the option for integrated credit card system, OpenEdge.

I like the ease of the program, I feel it is very user friendly and easily you can teach yourself how to navigate through it.

I give it overall average grade of a C. One of the strengths of chirotouch is that is owned by a large well invested company that want be going out of business anytime soon.

This is good software for a chiropractic clinic. It was quite easy to set up multiple service providers, and the options for the reminders was great.

Too many features make navigating confusing and causes errors. Slows production- too many clicks to get job done.

We have had a good experience with Chiro Touch. Like the fact that they are always trying to improve their product.

Overall we wouldn't use any other software for our practice. Flow is very important for a 2 person practice seeing 40 patients per day, and this makes everything move beautifully.

I like that it is fairly easy to use. There are great reports that can be pulled for practice analytics.

The whole system is seamlessly integrated from online apt requests, auto population of paperwork, self check-ins, billing, it really is outstanding compared to all other chiro software I work with.

Does not work well for integrated (DC, MD, PT) offices. Missing vital billing functions (more than 1 copay).

I love the ease of billing and posting claims between CT and Trizetto. If you have CT, there should be no reason to hire billing staff; which saves a ton of money.

Since 1996, we have been a customer of Integrated Software Solutions and have utilized its MedEz software. MedEz software has met all of our needs and more.

This software was really easy to use and to submit insurance claims. I also felt that it was very HIPAA compliant and protected patient's records.

Amanda Brown specifically has always made herself available to help my staff with training, etc. When we need changes to forms, etc. she is always quick to help us out.

It presents an awkward situation when everyone in the office has access to the record.

The software is a comprehensive package that allows us to schedule, document treatment episodes, and bill for services with the greatest of ease.

It's easy to find ur way through u don't get lost and forget why u were on there.

The software does lag sometimes and will freeze up once in awhile.

The RCM was extremely damaging, and it certainly feels as if they're being punitive for our decision to discontinue their management of our billing.

The system is very efficient and easy to use. Documentation being completed timely is critical to our business sustainability because that is how we are paid for services by funders.

Other features I like are being able to take clinical notes and record billing codes. Also, the program is very economical as the company will work on the cost of the system.

Customer Service and support. They offer RCM, but did a terrible job and when we moved in-house, they removed the RCM features.

Services are not sent to claim status unless the documentation has been completed and signed by the provider. Excellent checks and balances.

It has a scheduler, electronic health record, billing and e prescribing for an affordable price. The support staff are excellent and well organized.

MedEZ is an electronic health record (EHR) and billing suite suitable for most medical facilities, particularly behavioral health centers and substance abuse rehabilitation programs. On-premise and cloud-based deployments are available.

MedEZ includes a daily scheduler and a "to do" task pad. It features single- and multiple-doctor scheduling screens, resource schedules, email and text notifications, a waiting list and group appointments.

MedEZ also offers HIPAA compliant patient records, documentation, practice management, a patient portal and billing. Users can take clinical notes and record billing codes. Document and DICOM image management tools are also included, as well as a module to retrieve and store lab results and a pharmacy module that includes pharmacy inventory management.

MedEZ billing allows users to create hard-copy and electronic claims in CMS1500 and CMS1450 formats. Users can manage co-pays, deductibles and adjustments. Revenue cycle management, claim tracking, utilization review and cost reporting tools are also included.
