Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It is easy to use, and the lay out is fairly logical. The pages look clean, and it is pretty easy to navigate through the various pages.

  • Easy to use, very user friendly, does a lot of the little things associated with running an office for you, user support is easy to reach and helpful

  • Cons

  • It takes a lot of work to get your macros made. Once they are done it is not an issue, but upfront it is a lot of work.

  • The support team seems to be somewhat lethargic at times, Over the year the company has grown and it at times seems to have lost its path but does maintain a top level of quality.

  • Pros

  • I love the functionality of this robust program. We are still learning to use it more efficiently and it continues to grow with us.

  • Love that you can track just about anything anyone does. It is very detailed and fairly easy once you get through the learning process.

  • Cons

  • Reporting- The canned reports are okay, but the ability to build custom reports is lacking and cumbersome.

  • Have had some customer support issues, but they are improving, senior management team has seen a lot of turnover, needs to have a compatible acute care solution for hospitals
