CipherRounds Experience

The implementation, customer success and support teams are excellent to work with!

Pros

The tool is very user friendly and easy to navigate.

Cons

The filters are bit confusing at first, but once you get the hang of using them they are extremely useful for drilling down into the data you're looking for. It would also be nice to export the graphs within the reporting dashboard into PDF and not just excel.

Pros

CipherRounds allows endless amounts of customization and really allows us to reach our patients/community in the way that suits them and us best. It is great the amount of data that can be collected and the ability to drill down.

Cons

The platform dashboard has a large amount of ability to drill down but it also can be difficult to navigate and requires some extensive training to understand fully.

PSCU Rounding

Easy to use once you find your patient, easy to use with the questions populated

Cons

Unable to change unit the patient is located for. I've had instances where the patient unit is Lab or ED, I am rounding on then in PSCU. Not sure if my unit is getting the credit for all my work

The patient Experience

I love it. It gives me to potentially reverse a patient's issue before they leave which can sometimes result in a more positive review.

Pros

Easy to use. Clear and concise. Conversation friendly.

Cons

It does not include techs or CNA's , dietary staff, or therapy to be acknowledged.

CipherRounds end user review

Pros

This software has been valuable in beign able to identity patient concerns and do service recovery far more efficiently. I also use this to perform weekly rounding on newly hired employees in my department to identify what is going well and what are opportunities for improvement.

Cons

More likely a product of how my organization set this up, but the software often hangs, with the browser "spinning".
