An experienced data manager completed system training and built and tested the eCRF and database build in three days. The build interface is intuitive and fast, system documentation is thorough, and support is responsive. System reporting and workflows enabled database lock with minimal hiccups. For the money, I have not seen a better value than ClinCapture. Cons: There have been some bumps in the road in terms of bugs that you would expect from any EDC system; however, these challenges were offset by the rapid and thorough customer support.
