In case of emergency within minutes we get response.. Zero bug issues up to mark. Handling more than 15k patient no complains from patient regarding services from our hospital,Safty security of data since last 1 st day i have all my patient record up to mark... It is very easy to acccess to patient as well as doctor #### Cons Referal acknowledgement massage to Refering doctor is not there.. No incentive was offered I have been using Clinicia for more than eight years, and I find it to be a very easy-to-use and customisable software. It is easy to understand, especially for managing physiotherapy appointments, patient tracking, and day-to-day operations. Overall, it is really an excellent software, and we are highly satisfied with it. However, I feel that integrating AI features specifically for physiotherapy would make it even more useful. For example, during a consultation, if we could use voice dictation to prepare the physiotherapy assessment and medical report automatically, it would save a lot of time and improve our documentation. We can add each physiotherapist’s name, manage their appointments and billing, track each patient’s sessions, and monitor the overall treatment progress. These features are really useful and are something I particularly like about the system. #### Cons The feature I like least about Clinicia is that it does not currently allow WhatsApp integration for appointment reminders. It only supports regular SMS and email reminders. In some other software, WhatsApp reminders can be scheduled and sent automatically, such as 24 hours or 3 hours before the appointment. It’s very easy to use, especially for managing patient records, clinical images, appointments, and billing. The dermatology-focused features make tracking and comparing patient progress really convenient, while automated reminders and digital intake save a lot of time. The support team is responsive and helpful, and overall it offers excellent value by bringing EMR and practice management together in one platform. #### Cons The inventory module lacks an active/inactive toggle.
