Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love the support team that is available whenever I need help. They are always available and so friendly

  • I use this produce everyday for my job. Love that it is easy to document and essentially automated.

  • Cons

  • The software has glitches sometimes but the company is helpful on trying to figure them out.

  • I would like for a signature pad to be available and compatible with the program. With that we could truly be paperless. Also, while the upgrades are nice, there are always glitches with each release

  • Pros

  • Easy to use. Saves me money. Great customer service.

  • Easy to use, comprehensive, great customer service.

  • Cons

  • The recent version is sometimes difficult to use on my iPad. The original version still works great though.

  • Version 2 is a little awkward to use on a smartphone but runs great on a desktop or tablet.
